On Monday, September 28, the forensic panel of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) doctors, led by Dr Sudhir Gupta, submitted its report on Sushant Singh Rajput's post-mortem and viscera reports to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

As per the reports, AIIMS has stated that no toxic traces were found in the late actor’s body. Cooper Hospital, on the other hand, did not give a clean chit to the report. Rajput was autopsied by five doctors at Cooper Hospital. However, AIIMS is not satisfied with that report.

As of now, the CBI is probing the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput whereas the NCB is probing the drug angle and the ED is investigating the alleged money laundering matter. The late actor was found dead at his Mumbai residence on June 14. The CBI had taken over the probe from Bihar Police and Mumbai Police into the alleged abetment to suicide case filed by the actor's father KK Singh in Patna against Rajput's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her family.

Even though months have passed since the actor’s death, details regarding his death have not come to the forefront. Instead, there have been unending conjecture and criticism with regards to the handling of the case by the Mumbai Police.
