Popular actor Anil Kapoor has always been loved for his roles and choices of films. The extremely talented actor met Olympic gold medallist shooter Abhinav Bindra's Apjit Bindra, and now it is being said that he will be seen playing Apjit in Abhinav's biopic. Many fans have said that the journey of the sports personality is worth telling on the big screen.
Sharing his thought, Anil Kapoor said, "Great stories deserve to be told and we had the pleasure of understanding the family`s journey and Abhinav Bindra`s career graph. This is a film that we`re all really excited to bring to the silver screen."

The film also stars his son Harshvardhan Kapoor in the titular role and this will be the first time father-son duo will be seen together in a film. Anil Kapoor has earlier worked with Sonam Kapoor in 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga,' and will now be seen with his son.
Directed by Kannan Iyer, the film revolves around Abhinav Bindra's journey of becoming the first Indian sportsperson to win an individual gold medal at the Olympics, when he won the 10 m Air Rifle event at the 2008 games held in Beijing.
