After being diagnosed with lung cancer, actor Sanjay Dutt has now decided to spend some time with wife Maanayata and their twins, in Dubai.
The actor who has been undergoing treatment for lung cancer was earlier admitted to the Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. As per reports, he recently underwent his first round of chemotherapy.
According to sources, on September 15, Sanjay Dutt, accompanied by his wife, left Mumbai to meet his two children, Shahraan and Iqra, on a chartered flight at 4 pm. Both their children are currently in Dubai and are taking their classes from there. However, it is being opined that he will return to Mumbai within 10 days.
Earlier, Maanayata was living in Dubai with their kids during the lockdown. She returned to Mumbai last month after the actor announced a short break from work. Dutt was hospitalised last month after he complained of breathlessness. Two days after Sanjay Dutt was spotted leaving Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital with his sister Priya Dutt, his wife Maanayata Dutt issued a statement stating that the actor will complete his preliminary treatment in Mumbai and formulate further travel plans depending on the situation with regards to the pandemic.
Sanjay Dutt was last seen in Mahesh Bhatt's film Sadak 2 alongside Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur. The film was a sequel to the hit film Sadak. Due to the pandemic, the movie was recently released directly on the OTT platform and skipped a theoretical release.
