Singer Shreya Ghoshal confirmed that she and her husband Shiladitya are expecting their first baby together.
The singer took to Instagram today, March 4, to share the news of her pregnancy with fans by posting a picture of herself flaunting a baby bump.
Sharing the good news, Shreya Ghoshal wrote, “Baby #Shreyaditya is on its way! @shiladitya and me are thrilled to share this news with you all. Need all your love and blessings as we prepare ourselves for this new chapter in our lives (sic).”
In the post, she can be seen smiling in a blue dress while posing in her balcony.
Soon, wishes started pouring in from Ghoshal’s film industry colleagues and fans. They flooded the comments section of her post with congratulatory messages and best wishes. Sophie Choudry wrote, “This is so so so amazing!!! Huge love and congrats to you my darling.” Mohan Shakti commented, “Congratulations,” and Vishal Dadlani wrote, “Oyyyy!!! Guplu!!! @shreyaghoshal @shiladitya I'm so happy for you guys!!! Congratulations!!” Ashmit Patel also congratulated Shreya Ghoshal and wrote, “Whoo hooooo Congratulations (sic).”
Neha Kakkar, too, took to the comment section and wrote: "Soo Beautiful.. Congratulations!! Touchwood!!"
Playback singer Shreya Ghoshal tied the knot with long-time beau Shiladitya in a private ceremony on February 5 in the year 2015 as per tradition Bengali ceremony. She recently launched her latest single “Angana Morey” which has been sung, composed and written by Shreya Ghoshal, with music production by her brother Soumyadeep Ghoshal.
Shreya has mesmerised audiences with her melodious voice over the years with songs like ‘Manwa Laage’, ‘Piyu Bole’ and ‘Bairi Piya’ among others.
