Sridevi was cast for Dharma Prodctions' Shiddat; along with Alia, Varun and Sanjay Dutt

The actress was signed for Karan Johar's upcoming film Shiddat, under Dharma Productions' banner, to be directed by Abhishek Varman. However, she will be last seen in Shah Rukh Khan's Zero, where the legend has done a cameo.

Sridevi's demise has brought a shock wave globally. The actress suffered a massive cardiac arrest in Dubai, and everyone in the world couldn't believe this, but sadly the world lost a gem!

The actress did a come back in the films with the blockbuster Gauri Shinde film, English Vinglish, where she depicted the role of an everyday woman and won hearts with her phenomenal role. She was then seen in Mom, where she made a mark again. 

The next role we were expecting to watch her in was for Karan Johar's Shiddat, under the Dharma Productions' banner. As per sources and information on IMDb, Sridevi was cast along with Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sanjay Dutt for a prominent role in the film directed by Abhishek Varman. The shooting of the film was being planned and was expected to start in the next month or two. 

The last film where we'll come across a glimpse will be Shah Rukh Khan starrer Zero, where the legend has performed a cameo, along with other Bollywood beauties.

Sridevi's daughter Jahnvi Kapoor is also all set to debut in Dharma Productions' Dhadak, opposite Ishaan Khattar. The film is being shot currently. 

The actress was in Dubai since the last few days for Mohit Marwah's wedding. She was accompanied by husband Boney Kapoor and daughter Khushi Kapoor. 

Her body will be brought to Mumbai soon, and the final rituals will be held on February 25, 2018. However, no confirmation has been received about the same.
