Mumbai- ATMs in Mumbai have become operational since Friday morning. Till 18 November, per day transactions of up to Rs 2000 will be permitted at the ATMs. This limit will be extended up to Rs 4000 after that. Transaction charges have been waived off till 31 December. New Rs 500 and Rs 2000 notes are available in all the ATMs in the city. The RBI has said that the ATMs will be fully functional in a few days.
