Due to the maintenance and repair work of the high pressure power line feeder in Dombivli West, the power supply to some parts of the West will be shut down on Tuesday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, said Sanjay Yadav, Assistant Engineer, Dombivli West Sub-division III of Mahavitaran.
The maintenance and repair work of a 22 KV high pressure power line at Garibacha Wada in Dombivli West will be undertaken by the Mahadistribution officials on Tuesday morning. From this feeder, electricity is supplied to the area around Garibacha Wada. Engineers said that the power supply in this area will remain closed during this period.
Due to the repair work, electricity supply to two water tank areas, Maharashtra Nagar, Sridhar Mhatre Chowk, Garibacha Wada, Sarovar Nagar will be shut down from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. As the monsoon is approaching, some important repair work needs to be done during this period. Therefore, the Mahavitaran officials have appealed to the citizens to cooperate during the six-hour power supply shutdown period.
