Sandhurst - Hawkers at Sandhurst Road and Masjid Bunder are happily running their business activities as the civic administration is busy with the BMC election procedures.
Assistant municipal commissioner Uday Kumar Shirurkar said that due to the pressure of election work the action will not be taken against hawkers and encroachments. This work will be started after elections get over. Meanwhile, Shirurkar has reportedly directed his subordinates to keep a watch on encroachments and actions would be taken against them.
