Bhakti Park - It is almost a year now that roads near Bhakti Park have not been repaired, a fact that is creating traffic issues. The MNS had complained to CM Devendra Fadnavis, BMC and MMRDA officials stating that the road was constructed on saline land of Wadala- Bhakti Park causing it develop cracks often. Finally, on 29 November, BMC and MMRDA officials surveyed the road, after which, BMC engineer Sanjay Darade, executive engineer Atul Kulkani, assistant engineer Rajendra Akole and secondary engineer Vidyasagar Bramhawle also surveyed the road. “We have begun the tender process for the road repairs,” said civic engineer Sanjay Darade. “We are happy that the road will be repaired and residents will once again get to walk without problems,” said Milind Panchal, general secretary of MNS' roads and infrastructure committee.
