Sewri - A telephone booth owner in Sewri is facing the brunt of civic demolition drive. The telephone booth was set up on Sewri Mahajani road from past 17 years. The booth was owned by Shaheen Ahmed, what is worst is that it is a handicap stall. Now the family has no source of income, it is getting hard for them to arrange food for themselves. BMC officers have allotted them a new place, but to their dismay, the place is not that populated hence it is of no use to them. Shaheen told Mumbai Live," The area in which the new place is allotted is not dense."
