In a verdict passed during a hearing on Monday, Bombay High Court ordered that children who harass mother will have no right to enter her house. The decision came after a man filed a petition against his mother for not letting him enter the house.

During the hearing, the judge blankly refused the son right of the mother’s house and denied the charges of dispossession since the mother was being troubled physically and mentally by the son.

The 72-year-old woman told the court that her son was treating her properly, due to which, she had filed a complaint to the police and changed the lock of the house. The court also directed the police to provide the lady protection 24/7 after she claimed to be afraid to live in her own house.
