Baiganwadi - Scarcity of dustbins has caused piling of waste in Baiganwadi, Govandi. Residents have no choice but to throw waste in open. Local Corporator's house is beside the place which is teeming with waste. BMC workers are least bothered about the stacked up waste and they have not come once to clear the mess.The waste is turning out to be a breeding place for the mosquitoes and is a threat to people's lives. Resident Talib Khan, when reported, said, " There are not enough civic vans to pick up the stacked up waste."
