CR Announces Festive Special Trains To/From Mumbai On October 31

Central Railways (CR) have decided to run to run 4 additional Festival Special train services between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT), Mumbai and Chhapra to clear the extra rush of passengers.

The details are as under:

05084 Festival special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Mumbai  o­n Friday 31.10.2025 at 14.00 hrs and will arrive Chhapra at 04.45 hrs o­n third day 

05083 Festival special will leave Chhapra  o­n Wednesday 29.10.2025 at 20.00 hrs and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Mumbai   at 12.00 hrs o­n third day.

Composition: 10 AC-3 Tier Economy, 4 Sleeper Class, 4 Second Seating Chair Car, 1 Second sitting cum Guard’s Brake Van  and 1 generator van.

05588 Festival special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Mumbai  o­n Saturday, 01.11.2025 at 14.00 hrs and will arrive Chhapra at 04.45 hrs o­n third day 

05587 Festival special will leave Chhapra  o­n Thursday 30.10.2025 at 20.00 hrs and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Mumbai   at 12.00 hrs o­n third day.

Composition: 2 AC 2 Tier, 6 AC 3 Tier, 2 AC-3 Tier Economy, 5 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class, 1 Second sitting cum Guard’s Brake Van  and 1 generator van.

Halts for 05084/83 & 05588/87: Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Rani Kamplapati, Bina, Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Orai, Kanpur Central, Aishbagh, Badshahnagar. Gomti Nagar, Barabanki, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur, Kaptanganj, Ramkola, Padrauna, Thawe, Dighwa Dubauli and Masrakh.

Meanwhile, several festival special trains are scheduled to return to Central Railway Journey Commencing o­n October 31.

Details of trains returning to CSMT/LTT:

1.Train no 01032 Banaras-CSMT Special departing Banaras at 04.00 hrs, arriving Bhusaval at 00.25 hrs (next day) & reaching CSMT at 04.15 hrs.

2.Train no 01080 Gorakhpur-CSMT Special departing Gorakhpur  at 14.30 hrs, arriving Bhusaval at 15.20 hrs (next day) & reaching CSMT at 00.40 hrs.

3.Train no 01144 Danapur-LTT Special departing Danapur at 21.30 hrs, arriving Bhusaval at 20.25 hrs (next day) & reaching LTT  at 04.50 hrs.

4.Train no 05585 Saharsa-LTT Special  departing Saharsa at 17.45 hrs, arriving Bhusaval at 22.10 hrs (next day) & reaching LTT at 05.30 hrs.

5.Train no 01180 Sawantwadi Road-LTT Special departing Sawantwadi Road at 22.20 hrs, & reaching LTT at 10.40 hrs.

6.Train no 01052 Banaras-LTT Special departing Banaras at 06.35 hrs, arriving Bhusaval at 08.10 hrs (next day) & reaching LTT at 16.40 hrs.

Reservation: Bookings are open at all computerised reservation centres and o­n website www.irctc.co.in.

Bookings for Unreserved Coaches can be done through UTS system with normal charges for unreserved accommodation as applicable for superfast Mail/Express trains.
