Mumbai- During a hearing on potholes, BMC lawyer put forth his statement stating that if judge is having problems with potholes, then state government should provide luxury cars to them. This was said in the High Court during the agreement. Few months back, HC judge Gautam Patel had written a letter about pathetic condition of potholes to Chief Justice Mohit Shah. High Court took the cognizance of the letter and filed a petition. During this hearing, BMC lawyer said that engineers should not be held responsible for the bad roads.
