Chembur- Second-hand car dealers have made a routine of parking their resale vehicle on the footpaths. The parking of vehicles on road and footpaths is illegal and due to which the pedestrians are facing various problems.
In spite of repeated complaints traffic department does not seem to take any action against them. The apathy of the traffic department has further encouraged these second hand car dealers.
