In connection to the Kamal Mills fire incident, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation Commissioner Ajoy Mehta had made a statement that he was being "pressurised" by some politico when he wanted to take action against Mojo’s Bistro and 1Above restaurant.

Mumbai Congress president Sanjay Nirupam pointed out that it is been a month and yet Mehta has not revealed the name of the politico who pressurised him.
I am sure Mehta is lying and he only wanted to misguide people. He should either reveal the name or should apologise to public,” Sanjay Nirupam.
Nirupam made this statement in a press conference where LoP Ravi Raja, Sandesh Kondvilkar, and Bhushan Patil were present.

Nirupam held Mehta responsible for the fire which broke out at Kamala Mills' Mojo’s Bistro and 1Above which claimed 14 lives.
I was saying this right from the start that BMC commissioner is responsible for the lost 14 lives but the CM asked the commissioner to probe the case,” Sanjay Nirupam.
Nirupam added that he would send a reminder to Mehta to reveal the name of the minister who pressurised him.
