MHADA may conduct lottery of 600 houses for Mumbaikars

There is a good news for the people waiting for the lottery for MHADA houses in Mumbai. Information has been received that MHADA Mumbai Board will announce a lottery for 600 houses in the new year.

The remaining 600 houses from the lottery conducted by the Mumbai Board in the month of August last year will be included in this new lottery. The Mumbai Board has also started checking whether some more houses can be included in this new lottery which is scheduled to be launched in April.

Meanwhile, in the month of August, MHADA had conducted a lottery for 4,082 houses in Mumbai. For this, 1 lakh 22 thousand applicants had applied for the house. This included 1,947 houses for the Mumbai Mandal Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) section. 22,472 applications have been received for houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Pahari Goregaon. Also, according to the income group, 28,862 applications were received for 843 houses in the lowest income group.

• To apply for this house, one has to go to MHADA Housing Lottery website mhada.gov.in
• Select Registration Option
• After choosing that option you will have to fill all your information there
• Aadhar card number and mobile number linked to it will also have to be given
• Then give complete information about your work like salary or whether you are a professional or not
• If you are going to buy a house from quota, then collect its information and documents together
