The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has started online registration from February 17, 2026, for the sale of 118 flats in Mumbai under a first-come, first-served (FCFS) scheme. These homes were previously offered through MHADA’s lottery system but remained unsold, prompting the authority to make them available for direct purchase. Registration began at 11 am on MHADA’s official portal, and applicants will be able to select flats and complete the booking process as per the announced schedule.

The available units are located across several Mumbai areas, including Kandivali, Wadala, Powai, Ghatkopar, Byculla, Tardeo, Sion, Juhu, and Andheri, with prices ranging from approximately INR 38 lakh to over INR 8 crore depending on the location and category.

Eligible applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18 or above with a valid Maharashtra domicile certificate and required identity documents, and selected buyers must pay 10 percent of the flat cost within the stipulated time to confirm their allotment.
