You need to submit the required documents to get the mobile back
1) Proof of ID and residential address like Mumbai/Suburban. Aadhar Card, Election Card, Driving License, Passport etc.
2) Cash Memo/Mobile Bill
3) Letter from service provider or on submission of SIM card details
4) Police NC

The mobile will be issued to the claimant only after proper verification of the required documents to be submitted. Documents required to claim “cash only” and valuable items like gold, silver, pearl, pearl, diamond.
1) ID and residential address proof of Mumbai/Suburban (like Aadhar Card, Election Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.)
2) Police NC/FIR Or
3) Cash Memo/Bill of Valuable Goods
