A notice was sent to the bungalow and nine shops by the North Division of the municipality. Also, the municipal administration had proposed to give compensation to the concerned in exchange for demolishing these constructions. The shopkeepers had accepted the municipality's proposal. Accordingly, the municipal administration had taken action to remove the shops. But in the case of the bungalow, the concerned had approached the court. Therefore, no action was taken against the bungalow. But the court has now stayed the demolition of this bungalow. So this work is stopped.

Due to the bungalow, the road leading to Madh is narrow and only one lane is available at this place. A notice was sent to him by the P North Department as the bungalow was required to be removed. Initially, this bungalow was claimed to be an ancient building. But when the municipal administration asked about this to the Department of Antiquities, the Department of Antiquities clarified that this is not an ancient building. But this action was stopped as the case went to trial.

For the demolition of the bungalow, the municipal administration had also issued a letter of compensation as per rules. The total area of the bungalow is 300 square metres and as per the rules of the municipal administration, only 120 square metres of the space is paid, so the issue of compensation was objected to. Therefore, this adjournment has been given.
