Mumbai: 5 Injured In Cylinder Blast At Vile Parle's Chawl

As per the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), a level-1 cylinder blast was reported at around 6 am in New Kalpana Chawl, Western Express Highway, Vile Parle. However, the reason of the blast is yet to be ascertained.

In yet another tragic incident, five people were injured after a cylinder explosion occurred in Vile Parle area of Mumbai on Tuesday morning, November 8. 

As per the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), a level-1 cylinder blast was reported at around 6 am in New Kalpana Chawl, Western Express Highway, Vile Parle. However, the reason of the blast is yet to be ascertained.

The injured persons are Amar Rai (27), Jayram Yadav (27), Harekumar Rai (38), Rakeshkumar Rai (30) and Arunkumar Rai (45) and all of them are in stable condition. 

The injured have been admitted to a nearby V N Desai Hospital and are in a stable condition now.
