Rashtriya Charmakar Mahasangh staged a protest at Azad Maidan on Wednesday against Mumbai Suburban Deputy Collector Swati Karle.
On 27 February, advocate Anand Sangvikar was abused by Mumbai Suburban Deputy Collector Swati Karle during a hearing on SRA construction case. This did not go down well with Rashtriya Charmakar Mahasangh.
Charmakar Sangh is demanding to prosecute Swati Karle under atrocity act and has demanded her suspension. Along with the Mahasangh, lawyers also boycotted the work in the Appellate department of SRA and have decided to file the case.
