An air conditioned toilet in Thakur Village in Samta Nagar area of Kandivali was inaugurated in a colourful programme held on Wednesday. The toilet is being built from the funds provided by corporator Madhuri Bhoir. The toilet will benefit 20,000 people from the nearby areas.
Bhoir further informed that three more air conditioned toilets would be inaugurated soon.
The inaugurated had got delayed due to the municipal corporation elections as the then Congress corporator Yogesh Bhoir had switched over to the Shiv Sena.
