Non-admission of kids in classes from 2nd to 5th standard in schools as per the RTE reports

Years ago enactment of RTE was conducted in order to ensure that the kids get have an access to good education by reading in good schools. Yet it has been seen that a number of schools either are not able to get as many kids enrolled, or the classes are still empty. As per reports, around 25 percent of the seats are still empty in the city where the kids are yet to be enrolled.

Only 1664 admissions have been done so far for both the grades of nursery. While 3660 admissions out of 7449 have been done, 3789 places are still empty. As per the orders of the court, it is important that the schools give 25 percent admissions. At the same time, the court has ordered that the physically handicapped kids should be given precedence for admission.
