State Legislators To Soon Get Accommodation in a 40-Storey Tower At Nariman Point

After Mantralaya, Nariman Point is all set to get another 40-storey building for state legislators. As stated in Hindustan Times, Manora MLA hostel will have 2 buildings of 25-storey and 40-storey each and the project will cost ₹350 crores.

This tower is all set to be the tallest tower in the area which will house over 288 Member of Legislative Assembly (MLAs) and 78 Member of Legislative Council (MLCs). Each legislator will have a 1,000 sqft 2-BHK house along with a 300-350sqft office space. 

The foundation stone of this was laid by Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis who was accompanied by other ministers like Vinod Tawde, Chandrakant Patil, Ramraje Nimbalkar etc. The buildings will further have amenities like parking spaces for over 500 cars, business centre, clubhouse, medical centre, meeting rooms etc.
