An eight-year-old boy was injured after a plaster part of an old building fell on his head in the Kisan Nagar area of Wagle Estate on Sunday night. The disaster management department of the municipal corporation said that the name of the injured boy is Utkarsh Bharti and he has been treated.
Telang Niwas is a three storied old building in Kisan Nagar. Utkarsh was passing under this building around 11:00 pm on Sunday. At the same time, plaster from the exterior of the second floor of the building fell on his head. He was injured in this.
After receiving information about the incident from the disaster management department of the municipal corporation, the disaster management department team, police and municipal officials reached the spot. The municipal corporation clarified that Utkarsh has been treated.
