An international exhibition, “India Maritime Week,” is being organised at the NESCO Exhibition Center in Mumbai’s Western Suburbs. As a large number of citizens, VIPs, and dignitaries are expected to attend, traffic diversions have been implemented. The Mumbai Traffic Police have imposed temporary traffic restrictions in the Western Suburbs area.

Traffic Restrictions
  • Dates & Timings: From 27th October 2025 to 31st October 2025, daily from 8 AM to 10 PM

No-Entry Routes
  • All vehicles will be prohibited from entering the road from Mrinalatai Gore Junction to NESCO Gate

  • The right-turn route from Ram Mandir Road to NESCO Gate will be closed

  • The service lane from Hub Mall to NESCO or Jaycoach Junction will be closed to all traffic

One-Way Traffic
  • The road from NESCO Gate to Mrinalatai Gore Junction has been made one-way

Alternative Routes
  • Vehicles coming from Ram Mandir Road should use:
    Mrinalatai Gore Flyover → Mahananda Dairy → Western Express Highway (WEH) Service Road → Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road

  • Vehicles coming from JVLR Junction can proceed to Powai or Mumbai via WEH Service Road

Parking Restrictions

To avoid traffic congestion, parking has been strictly prohibited at several locations, except for emergency vehicles. Restricted areas include:

  • Western Express Highway

  • NESCO Service Road

  • Khanzaji Road

  • WEH Service Road

  • Trauma Care Hospital Service Road

  • Mahananda Dairy to WEH Service Road

  • Vainarai Police Station Service Road

  • Niranjan Company Service Road

  • Ashok Nagar Service Road

These measures are aimed at ensuring smooth traffic flow during the high-profile event.
