Everard Nagar - BMC's land near the bus stop of Everard Nagar at Sion -Panvel is getting seized by land mafias. They have already started construction by putting a board stating that the land is allotted to them by Bmc. But the residents deny this. This land was for the service road which is pending for years. The residents have requested BMC to demolish this work. When assistant commissioner Ajit Kumar Ambiye was contacted regarding this matter, he refused to oblige.
