The outrage against Indian cricketers Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul seems to catch fire again as a case has been registered against the duo in Jodhpur. Pandya and Rahul had appeared on the television show Koffee With Karan where Pandya had passed sexist comments.

Although the two have returned to playing cricket after the Board of Cricket for Control in India (BCCI) had lifted their suspensions on January 24, the duo still continue to receive flak for their comments.

Case registered against Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul & Karan Johar in Jodhpur for comments made during Johar’s talk show in December last year,” news agency ANI had reported.

An inquiry against the all-rounder and the opener is yet to take place since the appointment of an ombudsman by the Supreme Court is pending. Eventually, Karan Johar too had reacted to the entire episode, stating how he felt ‘very responsible’ for the repercussions the cricketers had faced.

After which, Pandya has been playing for the Indian team in New Zealand, while K.L. Rahul joined the India A team for matches against England Lions.
