Mumbai pacer Dhawal Kulkarni who was rested for the match against Vidarbha has made a comeback to the Mumbai team. He has returned after being knocked out of the contention for the quarter-final berth. The pacer will play for Mumbai in their final tie of Group A against Chhattisgarh. The match will be played at their home ground at Wankhede Stadium from January 7 to 10.

On the other hand, experienced wicketkeeper-batsman Aditya Tare and senior batting mainstay Shreyas Iyer have been rested for the tie against Chhattisgarh and have been left out of the 15-member squad. While Team Mumbai have already been knocked out of contention for quarter-finals, they will play to avoid relegation to Group C.

Openers Jay Bista and Vikrant Auti have been retained for the match and will continue to bat at their positions. Alongside, middle-order batsman Yashashwi Jaiswal has been called back to the squad and all-rounders Shivam Dube and Shubham Ranjane have also retained their places.
