India lost by 18 runs against New Zealand in the first semi-final of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 and the favourites were knocked out of contention for the World Cup Trophy. Despite a valiant fightback from Ravindra Jadeja and MS Dhoni, India were defeated by the Kiwis who qualified for the Final.
