It was another interesting match between Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians. One expected this to be a high scoring match and Mumbai Indians put up a good 191/4.
Earlier, KXIP won the toss and elected to bowl first. The start was not as great Mumbai Indians as they lost the first wicket in the first over and were just 22/2 by the end of fourth over. However, they kept their cool and went on to put up a score of 191 runs. It was Kieron Pollard and Hardik Pandya that helped MI to get to this score. The pair smashed 44 runs off the last two overs.
Chasing the score, KXIP only managed to reach 143/8 wickets and MI managed to score another win in this season.
