In Mumbai Indian’s recent practice session, Jasprit Bumrah was seen from fast bowling to spinning.

Bumrah was seen putting himself in a spinner's shoes and was witnessed bowling spin. Mumbai Indians had earlier shared a video asking the people to do their guesswork. From the looks of the video, it seems that he is imitating the bowling actions of spin legends Anil Kumble and Shane Warne. However, what really stood out here is that Bumrah did not imitate Muttiah Muralitharan's bowling action.

Bumrah has been an important part of the team alongside Lasith Malinga for several years now, and with their most experienced bowler Malinga out of the tournament in the UAE, Bumrah has a lot of responsibility riding on his shoulders.

IPL 2020 was scheduled to start on March 29. However, given the situation in the country with regards to the coronavirus pandemic, the BCCI postponed the tournament till April 15. Even after this, as the situation was not under control, the competition was postponed until further notice. However, if the tournament was to be cancelled, the BCCI were to lose ₹4,000 crores.

Back in 2014, the first 20 matches of the league were played in the UAE split across three venues - Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah Cricket Stadium. While Sharjah hosted six matches, Dubai and Abu Dhabi hosted seven each.
