While the case of the Pune Porsche accident is fresh, a similar incident took place in Mumbai. A 32-year-old man died after being hit by a minor's scooter in Mazgaon. This incident took place on Thursday, May 23. A 15-year-old boy was riding a scooter on the Nesbit Bridge in Mazgaon on Thursday morning. He hit the bike. A 32-year-old man who was riding a two-wheeler has died in this.


The incident involved a 15-year-old boy who collided with Irfan Nawab Ali Shaikh, leaving Shaikh badly injured.  The JJ Marg police have detained a 15-year-old accused and his father, Javed Shafiq Ahmed Sheikh. A case has been registered under section 304(2) of the IPC and sections 3 and 4 of the Motor Vehicle Act.

According to the police, the class 10 student who was riding the scooter did not appear to be in a drunken state. But his blood sample has been sent for testing.


While the deceased Irfan Sheikh had recently started selling clothes online. Earlier he was working at a builder's office. He was admitted to JJ Hospital in an injured state. But doctors declared him dead. In this case, the minor boy who was driving the two-wheeler has been detained by the Mumbai Police.
