Bhayander – Navghar police arrested 22 people in case of fraud and cheating. The server of Bank of Maharashtra is hacked, 142 times transaction has been done successfully. The incident happened between 26 December 2016 to 18 January 2017.Accused allegedly exploited a bug in the centre's United Payment Interface (UPI) app to loot Rs 1.42 crore  Jaswant Damania and sons Raj and Pritesh, Pratik Pujari, Bharat Gavle and Aurangabad localite Deepak have been arrested along with 16 other accused. Case has been booked against all of them for cheating, forgery, criminal conspiracy and identity theft.
