Lawyers of the three accused concluded their arguments on their bail applications before Bombay HC on Wednesday. With this, the ASG Anil Singh for NCB will respond to the arguments on Thursday.
The hearing has been scheduled for 3 pm on Thursday for further arguments, reported the ANI.

The Bombay High Court resumed hearing the bail applications of Aryan Khan and the others accused at nearly 4 pm on Wednesday, highlighted accounts.
The arguments were started by Amit Desai for the bail of one of the accused, Arbaz Merchant. He stated that not only was the arrest illegal, but the arrest memo highlighted that the three were nabbed for possession and consumption, not a conspiracy. Further, he added that they were arrested for an offence that didn’t occur and that they were struggling with the problem of media trial, stated reports.
Additionally, earlier on Tuesday, a special court released two of the arrested co-accused named, Manish Rajgaria and Avin Sahu on bail, mentioned narratives.
Mukul Rohtagi, representing Khan, requested the HC to revisit the arrest memo, pointing out that during the arrest there were no charges of conspiracy.
Moreover, Munmun Dhamecha's lawyer said before the HC that his client was invited on the cruise for her professional obligations.
