Mumbai - The Swami Narayan temple square on Amrashi Road in Malad West is in the grip of encroachments. The square was built by the followers of Bhagwan Swami Narayan and local MLA Aslam Shaikh had beautified the square a year ago. The square is in disorganized manner as handcarts, vehicles are parked near the square while people use grills to dry their clothes. When asked about this, officials of the anti-encroachment department from P-North ward said that encroachments at the square will be removed after due inspection.
