The cigarette stock was shipped from Dubai's Jebel Ali port to Nhava Sheva port. This also includes cigarettes manufactured in Korea. When the DRI initially inspected the first container, it found Esse Change-made in Korea cigarettes. After this, when another container was examined, foreign cigarettes were found there too. The agency suspects that these cigarettes were first transported to Mumbai via UAE from the country of origin.
