A major accident occurred during the shooting of a Hindi serial in Goregaon Film City. A lightman on the set has died due to electrocution. This incident has created a sensation on the set. The name of the deceased is Mahendra Yadav.
According to Suresh Shyamal Gupta, President of All Indian Cine Workers Association, Mahendra Yadav died of electrocution on Tuesday evening. This accident happened when he was working on the sets of a Hindi serial. As soon as this incident happened, he was immediately admitted to the hospital, but he was declared dead.

28-year-old Mahendra Yadav was electrocuted a few days ago as well. Then on September 19, he again got an electric shock and lost his life. Lightman had previously worked for many serials. Lightman's death has shocked everyone on the set. There is no information about where and how he got the electric shock.
A case should be registered against the serial producer and production house. Suresh Gupta has demanded a compensation of INR 50 lakh to the family of the deceased and the immediate resignation of the Managing Director of Film City.
