Trombay - The Trombay police helped a three year-old boy re-unite with his family on Wednesday.
The boy was found wandering at Cheetah Camp on Wednesday and brought to the police station. Since he could not help the police with his address, the station deputed two women constables,  Minal Patil and Mayuri Khilare to help the boy search for his home. Suddenly the boy pointed them towards a chawl, and the constables entered the chawl with the boy. Police say the boy easily made his way to a tenement in the chawl which they realised was his home. The overjoyed mother said she had gone to drop one of her children to school, when the boy left her hand and went missing. The boy was jubilant after meeting his mother and the grateful mother thanked the police for their patience.
