Mumbai – Ragging is a criminal offence. Considering this there are a set of four short films and a documentary on the website portraying the menace of ragging. Colleges and universities must showcase the movies to curb the ragging. These films are released for counselling. If the institution doesn’t adhere to the rules proposed by UGC for Ragging or does not act in accordance with the regulation, it shall be punished.
