After getting their results, many students who were unsatisfied with their scores, lined up at the divisional board in Vashi for  re-evaluation of their marks or to receive the photocopy of their answer sheet on Monday. The Vashi divisional board covers the city of Mumbai, Thane, Palghar and Raigad and they received over 620 applications for obtaining a photocopy and 133 applications for verification.

On June 12, Yuva Sena Chief Aditya Thackeray met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to discuss the matter. He stated that this year, the ICSE and CBSE scores have been good owing to the marks that they get from internal assessments. SSC students will face a lot of problems during admission as the cut off for all boards would be the same. The students from Municipal schools also weren't able to cope up with their marks and this can lead to great stress among children and their parents alike. Thackeray further said that he will speak to Education Minister Vinod Tawde and ensure that necessary changes will be done for the academic year 2019/20.
