The application forms will be distributed from May 29 to June 7 and will be accepted till June 13. The first merit list will be declared on June 13 at 5:00 pm. Submission of documents and fees will be carried out between June 14-17 and the second and third merit list will be out on June 17 and June 20 respectively.

Notably, the prime difference between Mumbai University and Cluster University is that the former offers courses which are strictly divided by disciplines, whereas, the latter creates integrated courses across disciplines and gives students options across science, commerce, humanities and economics.

Another proposed Cluster University in Maharashtra is the amalgamation of Hassaram Rajumal (HR) College, Kishinchand Chellaram (KC) College and Bombay Teacher Training College under the Hyderabad Sind National Collegiate Board (HSNCB).
