ICSE Results: 15 students from Mumbai as 36 students occupy top 3 ranks in India

Juhi Kajaria from Jamnabai Narsee School in Juhu was the topper with 99.6 per cent. Followed by Forum Sanjanwala, Anushree Chaudhary, Yash Bhansali and Anusha Agnihotri with 99.4 per cent.

With the ICSE result being declared on May 7 at 3:00 pm, there were 1.96 lakh students who appeared in the exams and 1.93 lakh cleared it. Mumbai's Juhi Rupesh Kajaria from Jamnabai Narsee School in Juhu and Manhar Bansal from Punjab's Muktsar topped the Class 10 ICSE exam with 99.60 per cent.

In Mumbai, 15 students were among the 36 ICSE students to occupy the top 3 ranks.  Forum Sanjanwala from Jamnabai Narsee School in Juhu, Anushree Chaudhary from Gundecha Academy in Kandivali, Yash Bhansali from Sulochana Devi Singhania school in Thane and Anusha Agnihotri from Children's Academy in Thakur Complex were on the second rank with 99.4 per cent.

The third rank with 99.2 per cent had 9 students from Mumbai. Vir Bhansali from Cathedral school in Fort, Jugal Patel from Jamnabai Narsee, Karan Andrade from Maneckji Cooper School, Zarwaan Shroff from Vibgyor, Aditya Wackhoure from  Sulochana Devi, Husain Basrai from Ryan International, Harsh Vora from P.G. Garodia, Ojas Deshpande from Sulochana Devi and Aman Zaveri from Bombay Scottish school were the third rankers. 

The trend of girls outperforming boys is clearly evident in this exam as well. Notably, in Jamnabai Narsee which proudly holds the first, second and third rank also had 200 of its 274 students who scored above 90. 

There were 1,021 dyslexic students appearing for their exams. Out of these, 123 students obtained marks above 90 per cent. Similarly, out of 36 visually impaired students, 11 scored above 90 per cent.
