Mumbai University cant find Exam Controller!
SHARES

Mumbai-The University of Mumbai was founded in 1857, was a premier institute in the country, but today it can't find people to work!!
For the past 17 months, the University is unable to find a suitable candidate for the very crucial post of Examination Controller.
The University has spent 1,39,816/- INR on advertising for the post twice, but still the post is vacant. RTI Activist Anil Galgali obtained this information through RTI's.
The Exam Controller has the most important job of conducting the examinations and declaring the results on time. But the University seems to be happy sleeping over the matter. Instead of fast tracking the process, they have been giving a lame excuse that they can't find a suitable candidate.
Anil Galgali has written about this matter to the CM Devendra Fadanvis and has demanded that this post be filled immediately.
Ironically the University is ambitious in setting up global campuses, but they can't even get suitable people to work.
Hard to believe that the University can't carry forward the legacy of a once prestigious institution.
