Maharashtra: SSC, HSC Students Who Failed Can Re-Appear For Exams - Check Time Table Here

School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad took to Twitter and stated that SSC (10th) and HSC (12th) students who wish to improve upon their scores/grades from March-April 2022 exams and those who failed to clear these exams can avail the opportunity.

The Maharashtra Board on Sunday, June 19, released the timetable for supplementary exam 2022, which will be held in July-August. 

Confirming the reports, School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad took to Twitter and stated that SSC (10th) and HSC (12th) students who wish to improve upon their scores/grades from March-April 2022 exams and those who failed to clear these exams can avail this opportunity.

Meanwhile, it is the last day for those HSC students who are willing to send their papers for recounting of marks today, June 20. For this, students have to submit self-attested copies of their mark sheet and submit them online. Besides, the applications for photocopies of answer sheets can be made from June 10 to June 29.

This move came after the on June 17, the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) results were declared which put the division of Mumbai in the sixth position with a pass percentage of 96.94Maharashtra has nine divisions and has a pass percentage of 96.94. Moreover, Konkan which is the smallest division stayed at the top of the table with a pass percentage of 99.27, reports stated. 

Moreover, it has been reported that an aggregate of 15.68 lakh students entailing 3.51 lakh from Mumbai division's city and suburbs, Thane, Palghar, Navi Mumbai and Raigad had their exams in a special arrangement, by writing their papers in their own schools because of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

According to narratives, the 2022 results will be the highest pass percentage so far. Girls have reportedly yet again outperformed the boys with 97.96 per cent while the latter had a pass percentage of 96.06. Likewise, differently-abled students had a pass percentage of 94.40. An aggregate of 12,210 schools registered 100 per cent. 

Whereas, in the HSC results proclaimed on June 8, Mumbai was placed at the bottom of the nine divisions. The city reportedly has a 90.91 pass percentage, when juxtaposed to that of the state is at 94.22 per cent.
