Traffic training park for children

Ghatkopar - Signalling plays an important role in the management of traffic in any city. The strict adherence to rules is a must for effective implementation of signalling system. What if traffic rules are imbibed in childhood itself? Mumbai Traffic Police and the BMC are jointly implementing this in the 'traffic traning park for children'. Children are trained about how to cross the road, how to identify and recognise a signal, how to use the footover bridge, etc. As these children are learning the basics of traffic rules, they will also appeal their elders in the society to follow traffic rules. Though children are being trained to follow traffic rules, but looking at the condition of roads in the city more and more number of people also needed to be given training like this.
