Tamil actor Vishal said, “This video is about the scam in CBFC Mumbai regarding my (Mark Antony) film…I want to bring this matter to the notice of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Prime Minister Modi. We had applied online for the film certificate but were shocked to see what happened at the CBFC office. When one of my men visited the place on Monday, we were given an option to pay INR 6.5 lakh for the certificate. We had to spend INR 3 lakh first to watch the movie and then pay the remaining INR 3.5 lakh for the certificate. I had no choice, I had to pay. I got the certificate and the film 'Mark Antony' was released in North India. But this is unfortunate. All this is happening in a government office, I request the higher authorities to look into the matter.”

Directed by Ravichandran, the film was released on September 15. The film has received mixed response. In 15 days, the film has earned INR 50 crores at the box office. In this video, Vishal has claimed that a certificate was required to release 'Mark Antony' in Hindi, for which he had to pay INR 6.5 lakh.
