The Ranbir-Katrina starrer Jagga Jasoos appears to be jinxed from the word go.
Don't expect the movie to be released anytime soon, as lead Katrina Kaif was recently injured on the sets of the film.
The movie has seen much rough weather. When it was planned, the lead pair Ranbir-Katrina were very much in love so it was expected that Jagga Jasoos will have smooht sailing. But by the time the movie rolled in 2016, Ranbir-Katrina parted ways and director Anurag Basu had a tough time putting the shoot together. Finally, he announced that the film would be released on 7 April.
But insiders say that it is not possible to release the film by then too, as some portions of the film are yet to be shot.The lead pair is reluctant to spare dates for the film. Also, the film has 29 songs but music director Pritam has not recorded most of them.
So, when Katrina was injured on the sets and advised bed rest, Jagga Jasoos appears to be pushed back again.
Will the movie ever get completed? Or will it be relegated to the ignominious bin of canned movies?
