SHARES

Mumbai- Quality and not quantity should be the focus of Marathi filmmakers, said well-known actor-director Mahesh Manjrekar. More than 100 Marathi films are made every year but only 4% to 5% see box office success. There should not be more than 40 films made per year, said Manjrekar in 'Hangout with' on Mumbai live. He hoped that demonetisation will help to reduce the number of Marathi productions. He also discussed his future projects like 'Dhyanimani', 'FU', 'Rubiks Cube' in this show.
